Welcome to participate in Rata 2027!

As in previous years, it is possible to purchase two-day or one-day tickets for the Rata 2027 event. In addition, we offer special ticket prices for students.

The student must be a student from the field, and be able to present either a student card or a student certificate at the entrance.

2-day ticket and 2-day student ticket include:

• the full seminar program
• catering services during the event days and evening event on Tue 9 Feb
• in-person networking opportunities on the exhibition area
• presentations materials after the event (as applicable)

1-day tickets and 1-day student tickets include: 

• the full seminar program during the chosen day
• catering services during the chosen day (also evening event on Tue 9 Feb)
• in-person networking opportunities on the exhibition area
• presentations materials after the event (as applicable)

Registration and payment methods

Registration for the Rata 2027 event is done via an electronic registration form. Registration can be done as an individual registration or as a group registration. When registering as a group, the names of the ticket holders must be entered into the reservation system. Registration is always binding.

The registration fee(s) is paid at the time of registration with a credit card. With a Finnish bank account, the payment can be done also via mobile payment (MobilePay, pivo, Siirto.) or online bank transfer.

The sale of paid participant tickets closes on December 31, 2026.
